Each phase ships working software you can run and test. Identity and Stations first, then social, privacy, and intelligence.

Four phases

  1. Identity & Station

    Sign in with GitHub or Google, use the same account on desktop and mobile, connect to any Station.

  2. Cross-Station social

    Add friends across Stations, chat 1-on-1 or in groups with reactions and media, post to a private feed.

  3. Private & realtime

    Next

    End-to-end encrypt every message, make voice and video calls, and keep everything working offline.

  4. AI & applets

    Later

    Run an AI assistant on your own data, install applets that extend your Station, and open the federation.
